Class Information
See below for general class information. Due to work schedules (yes, we have day jobs too) and travel, some days might change, but we will do our best to keep at least two weekday classes. For the most up to date schedule, please see the calendar.
Monday & Wednesday Evening
Time: 6:15-7:30 pm
Location: Alta Plaza Park at the very top of the large stairs near the tennis courts
Bring: Hand weights 3-8lbs, Yoga Mat, Water
Saturday Mornings
Time: 9:00 a.m – 10:15 a.m.
Location: Saturdays are our “travel” days where we start and end at one location, but are on the move through streets & parks for the entire class. Big fun! See the calendar for upcoming locations.
Bring: Yoga Mat, Water (leave both in your car until after the workout)

Weather & Dress
We live in San Francisco, so it is usually chilly. Sometimes not, but dress accordingly. Workout pants and light layers are best so that you can wrap the outer layer around your waist when you’re sweaty and running around. That way you also have something to cover up with when we are finishing with yoga, so you don’t get chilly. Gloves are sometimes necessary—Monica is usually bundled to the max.
Pricing
We don’t believe in charging you for classes you don’t attend by using rigid time frames or membership fees. The goal of Feet on the Fly is to help you succeed so we allow flexibility for your schedule and honor your lifestyle.The punchcards never expire (unless you want it to for the sake of motivation) because we understand busy schedules and life styles.
Purchase a 10-workout punchcard, cost is $200
OR
You can drop in anytime for $25 per workout.
If you have an old card, you may use that until it’s all punched out.
Reserving Your Spot
Reserving a spot is easy.
- 1. Look at the Calendar
2. Pick a date/dates
3. Send an email to feetonthefly@gmail.com and say “hey, I’ll be there.” That’s it!
You are welcome to sign up as late as you want, but class is limited to 8. If class is full, there will be a notice on the calendar. Also if we don’t have at least 2 people signed up by 10 a.m. (weekday) the day of class or by Friday 4 p.m. (for Saturday’s FoF), we will cancel the class. So check the calendar often and please sign up in advance because we can anxiously await you!
Cancellation.
We have implemented a cancellation “punch” fee. If you have already reserved your spot and need to cancel, please do so by 10 a.m. (weekday) the day of class or by Friday 4 p.m. (for Saturday’s FoF) or you will be charged one punch on your punchcard.
