I've seen that color combination before...hhmm...where o'where might I have seen them before? Was it a refrigerator magnet? Or maybe a sweatshirt? A nightlight? Or perhaps a cigarette lighter? Yes, all of those things. YOU know who they are. ;)

Oooh... I just straightened up and rolled my shoulder and "crrack!" all the way down my spine. Thanks for the posture reminder!

I totally know what you mean! My workout partners and I watch each other and it's amazing what a little "you can do it!" can do for that last rep or those last few yard uphill. Thanks for the "O" breathing tip. I'm going to try it!

Madonna, yes please! I also highly recommend the "Run, Lola, Run" soundtrack for working out. And, what about a little Robert Palmer? Sorry," I didn't mean to turn you on."

Yeah! Woohoo! Step three should be like a "drop." Drop the shoulders away from the ears. Let them go and hold them back and down with the strength of your upper back. Keep up the good work!

Monnie - true that! This made a huge difference for me! I've experienced something similar in yoga. Should step three be done with a "thrust" motion?

I'm an active member in a friday afternoon bootcamp, we run from downtown Milwaukee to lake Michigan we do a killer stair routine and head back from the lake - and on my way back my legs were screaming and the "O" breathing that I had read about on this site popped into my wee head and I gave it a shot. And low and behold it was the truth. The breathing calmed me down, I forgot about my screaming leg muscles and ran calmly back to home base. Thanks Monica for a tip I will continue to use when I feel like I can't make it any further and want to abandon my work-ou. (and please don't pee your pants)
