3 Types of Flyers
It feels good when someone knows you. REALLY knows you. And while I may not know all aspects of your life and psyche, it is so refreshing when someone says, “I get ‘cha” and know that they mean it. It’s my job to make sure you get the best out of your workout experience whatever goals (or non-goals) you may have.
I have a knack for flowing easily with many personalities. Through my Ayurvedic studies, corporate life, and fitness training, I have a pretty good grasp on who’s out there. Feet on the Fly recognizes and honors YOU so you will always enjoy a workout that goes at your individual pace.
See below and I bet you will find a personality that you can relate to. You may find that you float between two. More than anything, I want my Flyers to know that I am paying attention. Because you matter.
Social Flyer
I like to move my body because it makes me feel good mentally and physically. I love to work out with other people because I like talking more than I like exercising. There is a great sense of community with Feet on the Fly and I always look forward to attending and catching up with my newly made friends. I respond best to positive reinforcement and I get bored quickly. I don’t mind sweat, and actually a bit of a glisten makes me feel refreshed.
Trainer Flyer
Even if I am not training for an athletic event, you can find me outdoors OR indoors working out year round. I am competitive by nature, but mostly with myself. Man I love to sweat. I don’t consider it a great workout unless I am doubled over huffing and puffing at some point. I like to feel the burn and I crave being sore. I respond best to having a mini cheering section and being pushed to perform at my best. Feet on the Fly uses all of natures obstacles to challenge me and vary my workout and that’s why I love it.

Gentle Flyer
I don’t really like to workout, but I feel that I should. I don’t like to sweat and I hate the feeling of being sore because it hurts. That’s why they call it, “sore.” Sometimes it hurts for days which makes me not want to go back, then I get discouraged and I end up doing nothing. Because I am easily intimidated by others, I like simple, repetitive moves so that I can really learn something well. I would like working out if I had a nice group of people surrounding me, encouraging me and helping me. I respond best to gentle encouragement and a supportive group of smiling faces.
